When Ms. Martin said put some significance about yourself into your stamp, I didnt know what to really do about myself. Then I thought I should do something that really impacted me. I thought my grandparents. My grandma died years ago and I didn't get to really meet her enough for my toddler-self to remember. Although my grandpa is still living, he has suffered with Alzheimer's disease just a few months after my grandma had past away. Each time i see him it seems to get worse and worse and now he can barely speak. He has lost the ability to feed and use the restroom himself. I get to see him this summer (once every year since he lives in mexico) and even though some people have, I wont, wont ever lose HOPE.
This is the collage I made out of magazine paper and my stamp. I was lucky enough to find an add that talked about Alzheimer that really incorporated greatly. Also the main color is purple since the original Alzheimer ribbon is purple, so that's the color of the stamp on that ad.

This is my perspective 2-point house. I wanted something simple, and thats what I drew. I decided to use the tri-colors on the color wheel and for different shades, mix it up a bit with white and black. Overall I think I could have been a bit more creative in the backround like I said before, Its simple.
These are my four bookpages. Each one represents a certain word phrase or just a couple random words. I think my favorite one would have to be the 3rd one(from top to bottom) all because I felt it actually meant something. Like the words I had chose were expressing people lending a hand and being helpful, so I cut out pictures from a magazine like a sentence talking about curing cancer, a picture of two hands holding each other, a "Songs for Japan" album and much more.

Side Portrait
This is the side portrait that was done in the very beginning of the year. I felt pretty confident of it then, but now I feel like I could have done many things to improve it. The nose was awkwardly long, and the lips were a little weird, although I felt really proud of the eye, I added lots of detail.
Skateboard
This is my skateboard design. I wanted something fairly simple with a design that related to me. In this case, I chose triangles which have always been my favorite shape. I chose the dark-pinkish, and blue colors because I thought it would really stand out. I gently shaded the background with a drawing pencil to give it more color and not leave it plain white.
The bedroom (perspective drawing)
This is what I drew for my bedroom sketch. The perspective point was in the middle of the paper. I drew just what I simple room would look like, with a bed, two windows, a desk, couch, dressers. I could have added more detail into the furniture in the room, and defiantly lots of more shading.
